Villa Centia can host up to 12 guests.
The minimum stay is one week – running from Saturday to Saturday.

To confirm your reservation, we ask for an advance payment of 30% of the total amount. The remaining 70% balance has to be settled within 90 days from your arrival.
A tourist tax should be paid in cash at check-in.
A security deposit of € 1.500 is required to be paid with credit card at check-in. This will be fully refunded at check-out, unless any damage or loss to the property will need to be deducted.
Check-in on Saturdays from 4 pm and check-out by 10 am.
For late check-ins (after 8 pm) extra charge may apply.
More than 90 days before your arrival – full refund
Up to 60 days before your arrival – 70% refund
Up to 30 days before your arrival – 50% refund
Less than 30 days before your arrival – no refund
Pets are welcome at Villa Centia – extra charges will apply.
Please inform us when making your reservation and you will find a dedicated ‘pet kit’ at your arrival.
